Henrik Ibsen's groundbreaking portrayal of feminine self-awareness gets a local twist in Theatre du Pif's production of A Doll's House. Featuring Canadian guest artists Marjorie Chan directing actor Jovanni Sy in the role of Torvald, it stars Theatre du Pif co-founder Bonni Chan as Nora. Set in Hong Kong, the script incorporates both English and Cantonese dialogue, making the Norwegian playwright's concepts relevant to local audiences with the theater company's signature energy.
