During the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese people gather with their families and eat traditional pastries known as moon cakes. Bauernstub of the Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao has put together a splendid collection of the famed pastries for this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, including different Chinese teas flavors like pu'er, oolong, jasmine, dahongpao and green tea. More traditional flavors in the selection include blue mountain, double egg yolk with white lotus paste and double egg yolk with red bean paste.
