Specialty chefs from India showcase traditional Punjabi delectables such as tandoori chicken, sarson da saag, make di roti and amritsari fish, as you experience the vibrance of Punjab. Druing this period, the guests will have a chance to enjoy traditional Punjabi dances.
Punjabi cuisine is food from the Punjab region of northwestern India and eastern Pakistan.The cuisine has an enormous variety of mouth-watering vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes. One of the main features of Punjabi cuisine is its diverse range of dishes.The spice content ranges from minimal to pleasant to high.
