Michelin star in town
To celebrate spring, S.T.A.Y. Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel Beijing has launched a new a la carte menu, including smoked eel and beetroot terrine, artichoke and black truffle soup, meurette style seared scallops, and a variety of French cuisines. Chef Yannick Allno will bring "Paris" to S.T.A.Y. Restaurant from March 15-17. He will introduce signature dishes served at Le Meurice, his three Michelin-Starred restaurant in Paris.
