Summer Palace at China World Hotel welcomes the Year of the Dragon with Spring Festival special menus prepared by chefs Kenny Chan and Hou Xin Qing, from Jan 16 until Feb 6. Set menus cost from 488 to 888 yuan per person. Signature dishes include pork knuckle with lettuce in abalone sauce and pork tongue with oysters and mushrooms.
