GUIYANG, China - China's Guizhou Renhe lost to Western Sydney Wanderers 1-0 for its second straight loss in Group H while three-time Chinese champion Guangzhou Evergrande drew 1-1 with Yokohama Marinos in Group G in the AFC Champions League on Wednesday.

Mark Bridge, a former Chinese Super League player for Tianjin Teda, scored the winner for Wanderers in the 10th minute.

Guizhou strengthened the offense by sending Zvjezdan Misimovic in the second half but failed to produce an equalizer.

"Second half is better than the first," said Guizhou head coach Gong Lei. "We are in a difficult time and need to recover to have high-level play."

Defending champion Evergrande has extended its unbeaten run on Japanese soil following the 1-1 draw which saw Italian Alessandro Diamanti partnered with Muriqui and Elkeson.

Yokohama striker Jin Hanato scored the winner in the 21st minute following a goalmouth melee.

Diamanti responded with his "trademark" free kick to equalize 17 minutes later.

Guangzhou's Zhang Linpeng and Yokohama's Yuji Nakazawa both missed chances in the last minutes.

With the tie, Guangzhou ranked second to South Korea's Jeonbuk Hyundai in Group G.
