Tai chi grandmaster Chen Xiaowang unveiled his newly created nine-posture version of Chen-style tai chi boxing on Wednesday in Beijing.
The tai chi master has already created two versions of Chen-style tai chi boxing, featuring 38 postures and 19 postures.
The new nine-posture version is a further simplification, which hopes to attract the young generation because it's easy to pick up in a short time.
Chen will train 900 tai chi teachers in the nine-posture form personally across the world. Chen is a 19th generation master of Chen-style tai chi. He has more than 300,000 disciples worldwide.
