China to host world cross-country championships

MADRID - China will host the 2015 world cross-country championships, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) announced on Friday.
The south-western city of Guiyang, which stands at 1100m altitude, will stage the event having already hosted the Asian edition of the discipline in 2005 and 2012.
