Dwight Howard traded to Lakers in 12-player deal

All-Star center Dwight Howard has been traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, the last act of his long, drawn-out departure from the Orlando Magic.

Howard was the centerpiece of a four-team, 12-player deal that was completed after NBA officials reviewed all sides Friday. It also sent Andrew Bynum from the Lakers to Philadelphia and Andre Iguodala from the 76ers to Denver.
Orlando got guard Aaron Afflalo and forward Al Harrington from Denver, forward Moe Harkless and center Nikola Vucevic from Philadelphia, and forward Josh McRoberts and guard Christian Eyenga from the Lakers.
The Lakers got Howard, guard Chris Duhon and forward Earl Clark from Orlando. The Magic also traded guard Jason Richardson to Philadelphia.
Orlando also gets five draft picks over five years.
