Sailing races under way in Shandong

The 2012 Hobie 16 Asian & Pacific Championships is now in full swing at the Weihai International Bathing Beach in East China's Shandong province.
The South Korean team of Lee Dongwoo and Kim Sungwok tops the racing list, which has 22 teams from Japan, South Korea and cities of China.
The sailing regatta, which began Aug 14, will end on Aug 23.
Launched in the US state of Hawaii in 1976, Hobie World Championships is a world-class sailing competition organized by the International Hobie Class Association and approved by the International Sailing Federation.
