LONDON -- China beat South Korea 39-25 to win the women's epee team gold at the Olympic Games on Saturday.
China fell behind 7-4 after the first three bouts, and world champion Li Na pulled it even at 9-9.
From that point, China never looked back with their anchor fencer Sun Yujie, world No. 1, thrashing her counterpart Shin A-Lam 12-6 in the final bout.
The United States defeated Russia 31-30 to win the bronze medal.
