Man stabbed to death near Olympic park

LONDON - A young man in his 20s was stabbed to death on Friday at a shopping center in east London, close to the Olympic park.
Police arrived at about 4:30 pm local time (1530 GMT), after a large group of men were witnessed as fighting on the ground floor of the shopping mall Westfield.
The victim, suffering stab wounds, died at the scene. Two others had minor injuries, according to a police statement.
The shopping mall located between the subway station and the Olympic Stadium.
A Twitter user TugzD was quoted by the BBC as witness, saying that "it happened in front of me. It was crazy ... Security needs to be tight at the Olympics."
