RIO DE JANEIRO - Ronaldo announced on Sunday that he will give a heartfelt farewell to Corinthians' fans.
The speech and presentation will be held just before the "classic" showdown between rivals Santos and Corinthians in the ninth round of the Sao Paulo state championship on Sunday afternoon.
Santos star striker Neymar previously said that he was relieved to know that he would not have to face Corinthians' superstars Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos.
Apart from saying goodbye to the fans of Corinthians at the Pacaembu stadium, Ronaldo also declared his interest in closing out his career with one last game wearing the Brazilian national jersey.
