Yang Zongfu from Yiwu city, Zhejiang province rides his self-made floating survival machine dubbed “Noah's Ark”, Aug 6, file photo. Yang claims the ball-like machine, 4 meters wide weighting six tons, could load as much as 27 tons and still float in the water.
