When Jonas Yuan started photography with a cell phone camera as a high school student he dreamed of photos "as stunning as those in National Geographic". Yuan believes photography is a borderless language, with which he records reality and dreams. Having worked in public relations and media photography, Yuan likes to use wide-angled and telephoto lenses. Now, working as a freelance photographer, Yuan focuses on photographing special topics and creative images. "My dad has always been the sharpest critic of my works," Yuan said. "His criticism is based on his pursuit of beauty. And under his influence, my work is basically pleasant to the eye." |
