A critical test for Chinese govt

By using foreign investment and advanced technologies, China's economy has grown rapidly over the past three decades. But with rising labor cost and more stringent copyright protection, China's economic growth could stumble, unless it can move away from an investment- and export-led economy and become a truly vibrant modern industrial country. This is a critical test that the Chinese government faces.
