Liu Yang is Beijing's premiere cheese maker. He learned how to make cheese in France, and has been developing his cheese making skills in China for over a decade. His cheese shop, Le Fromager de Pekin, located in northwestern Beijing, offers a variety of French and other international cheeses. He invited China Daily into his mini cheese factory to give us a glimpse on how he makes the freshest cheese in the capital of China.
