In keeping with Dim Sum Bar's novel twists on traditional Cantonese small bites, the siu mai pork dumpling has been a hit since the restaurant opened last August. Individually presented in bamboo steamers, succulent chunks of shrimp and pork are delicately infused with the fragrance of black truffle, with a generous topping as an unexpected garnish.
Dim Sum Bar, Shop G103, G/F, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. 852-2175-3100.
