As the most traditional place in the city to enjoy hairy crab in season, Wang Bao He restaurant is always packed during this time. Built in 1744, the name of the restaurant is synonymous with delicious and authentic Yangcheng Lake crabs. Local residents and international foodies all know that. In addition to its signature steamed hairy crabs with Shaoxing wine, the restaurant also offers traditional style crab dishes such as steamed xiaolongbao dumplings with crab. Crabs cost 400 yuan per kilo.
