Hushed Roar, a film dealing with the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1937-45) from a young generation's point of view, will premiere on Nov 2.

The film starts with Wan Yun, a girl who receives a diary from her grandmother. The diary tells the experience of the old woman in the war and her love story.

The film features senior writer Wang Haiping and director Xiao Feng, starring rising star Li Zonghan from the Chinese mainland and veteran actor Lee Li-chun from Taiwan.
