Celebrity chefs from far away bring the culinary arts that made them famous at home to China's capital. At Prego Italian restaurant at The Westin Beijing Financial Street, Mexico's Enrique Farjeat cooks up a treat from Oct 24 and Italy's Gennaro Esposito takes the guest chef's toque from Nov 14-15.
