Hung's Delicacies at the Hong Kong International Airport has won a global award for reflecting "sense of place" and is celebrating with three new dishes for those who are outward bound, until September. They include steamed buns with emperor vegetable and goose meat, goose and crispy bean curd rolls with honey mustard dip, and goose meat and winter melon broth. Worth a trip to the airport even if you're not going anywhere. - Donna Mah
