Full of carotene and iron, spinach helps you absorb folic acid, vitamin B6 and potassium. Iron is one of the essential nutrients that keep Iron Deficiency Anemia away.

To make, mix fried eggs, spinach and minced meat with graded ginger and salt in a bown until viscous. Fill the dumpling skins with the fillings, pinch the edges and cook in boiling water. Serve with soya sauce and vinegar dips.
