Shanghai Art Museum is exhibiting its collection of contemporary Chinese art from 1985 to 2010.
Curator Lu Huan wishes to present a linear history of the past quarter of a century - when contemporary Chinese art emerged first from the underground to gradually win recognition from abroad - and then reflect upon and reconstruct its own identity.
9 am to 5 pm, until Feb 8. Shanghai Art Museum, 325 Nanjing Rd W. 021-6327-2829
