Man Ho at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong welcomes guest chef, Ji Cheng from Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel, from July 11 to 20. Diners can expect to indulge in a selection of classic dishes and signature creations, such as braised sea cucumber with shrimp roe; sauteed river shrimp; fried king prawn meatball in wasabi sauce; sauteed crab meat served with crispy toast; and boiled pork knuckle and preserved pork soup with wonton, just to name a few.
