Photo shows the Tibetan yoghourt, which has better flavor after being iced. Yoghourt is so beloved by Tibetans that one of the most important traditional festivals is named Yoghourt Festival, or a more well-known name Shoton Festival, as the word "Shoton" means yogurt in Tibetan language. The festival is originated from donating yoghourts to monks after their staying in retreat for dozens of days and being forbidden to go out to avoid killing any insects.
