The Shook! Restaurant and Rooftop Terrace is celebrating the incoming spring with a new brunch menu that runs a gamut of flavors. From Chef Matthew Ona’s endearing recipe of wild berry pancakes, to the seasonal spicy lemongrass broth, heirloom cherry tomato salad, salmon tartar and an egg platter done in every way imaginable, the restaurant aims to create a most fulfilling brunch experience. Mimosa and the restaurant’s signature cocktails will join in for waking up. The weekend brunch will start from 11:30 am at 98 yuan ($ 15.7) per guest.
