UK’s Warrington toasts world’s biggest mosaic
A British artist uses a picture of her mother-in-law to create the world's largest toast mosaic in Cheshire, UK, on Oct 17, 2010. Laura Hadland, 27, used 600 loaves of bread - and 9,852 slices - to turn a photo of her mother-in-law into an art exhibit. The mosaic was a surprise gift for her husband's mother Sandra Whitfield for her 50th birthday. The toast mosaic was officially named the world's largest at 5pm on Oct 17 at Warrington's Parr Hall by Guinness World Records adjudicator Claire Burgess. [Photo/CFP]
