Eric Chiang, secretary-general of Kaohsiung Commerce and Trade Development Association, speaking at a two-day forum on cross-Straits logistics that ended in Xiamen, Fujian province, on June 17. Experts at the forum called for improved logistics services to handle growing trade between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.
