, a famous Chinese writer and the wife of famous scholar Qian Zhongshu, saying that she would oppose auctioneer Poly International Auction Co's plan to sell letters between her family members. Yang also made a statement on May 26 urging another auctioneer to halt a similar auction.

"It is very important for Mexico to diversify its economy, and an ideal partner would be China since it is the most dynamic economy in the world."

Jose Rivera Banuet, executive secretary-general of the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean, at the 2013 special conference of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties, themed "Promoting green development and beautiful Asia together".
