Exhibit includes early examples of selfies

He first started taking photos of himself, and then started taking selfies with friends.
"When I asked my friends to take selfies, they didn't understand what I was doing," Pigozzi said, explaining the result couldn't be seen instantly on the camera then.
Among his photos are some capturing the life of Jobs, who Pigozzi says was a longtime friend. There are Jobs' feet in sandals, Jobs answering a phone and Jobs working at home on his Apple computer. But there are no selfies with Jobs.
"I think I just forgot to take selfies with him. He was unbelievable, quite serous and very interesting," Pigozzi said.
Jerome Sans, another friend of Pigozzi's, described him as "a traveling man". He always, Sans said, goes to the Oscars or Cannes Festival parties. He loves places where the action is.
