Usher celebrated his 34th birthday with Tom Cruise and Sir Ridley Scott.
The 'Climax' singer partied with his movie business friends in London on Sunday (14.10.12) to mark getting another year older.
Underneath a picture of him at a table with Tom and Ridley, he tweeted: "Just an average pre-birthday for @Howuseeit...thank you Tom and Ridley for dinner lots of laughs and good conversation (sic)."
However, Usher has promised to continue partying, saying: "It's really going to be a party celebration week as opposed to weekend," and true to form he moved over to restaurant La Bodega Negra for a meal.
He was joined at that venue by rappers Tinie Tempah and Dizzee Rascal, singer Leona Lewis and a number of girls dressed in little more than black body paint.
Tinie posted a picture of himself with Usher, writing underneath it: "This is what dinner in London with @UsherraymondIV looks like... Big up my brother (sic)."
Another music star, Oritse Williams from boy band JLS, was at the bash, where he asked the R&B legend for career advice.
Also posting a picture of him with Usher, he tweeted: "Happy birthday @UsherRaymondIV ! Thank you for your words of wisdom ! X (sic)"
Usher's night didn't even end there, as he went over to the city's Earl's Court venue to catch a performance from vocalist George Michael. He even got to meet the star, giving him chance to pose for another photograph, which he captioned: "What up George."
