The couple - who recently reconciled even though he is still on probation for physically assaulting her in 2009 - is ready to stop sneaking around and will take their reunion public after Rihanna releases her new album 'Unapologetic' next month.
A source close to Rihanna told HollywoodLife.com: "She hitting the studio real hard these days, but [talks] to Chris every step of the way.
"As soon as she finishes up with this album, they will be out. She gotta focus and get that album together and stay paid."
The source said once her new album is released she and Chris will happily attend events and be photographed together despite the potential commercial backlash.
The 'Diamonds' singer is so busy in the recording studio that she barely has time to see Chris lately apart for a few late night dates.
A source said: "[She's] tied up and busy with the album, but she [makes] time for Chris late nights.
"She did one night before - I think, like, Tuesday [09.10.12] I'm not sure but I know she saw him this week."
Chris recently dumped and cut off all communication with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran over his "friendship" with Rihanna and posted a candid video he named 'The Real Chris Brown' onto his twitter page during which he discusses his romantic dilemma over the two women.
A source said: "They not talking. Ain't no shade though, he just wants to be done with it and I know Rihanna does too. It's best for everybody, even Karrueche. The last thing he wants to do is get her caught up again."
