Blake Lively's 'Gossip Girl' co-stars toasted her recent wedding with ginger ale.
The 25-year-old actress married Ryan Reynolds in a surprise ceremony earlier this month and the cast and crew of the TV show were quick to offer their congratulations to the "glowing" newlywed when she returned to work on Monday (17.09.12).
A source told People: "Blake is stunning. She looked absolutely gorgeous."
The insider added even the producers wished her well, explaining: "[The producer] said, 'Someone got hitched!! Mazel tov!' Blake said, 'I know, I heard,' and then laughed and said, 'Thank you so much!'"
During the couple's brief honeymoon in Virginia over the weekend, they stopped off at high end cafe Stonyman Gourmet Farmer, for lunch where onlookers noted how happy they looked.
A diner revealed: "They came in and bought some farmstead cheese and house baked goods to go. They said they were going to walk around town, which is really, really small - two streets wide and five streets long. It was beautiful on Saturday, with fall just starting. It was a great day for a walk.
"Ryan was very courtly, which is a word we like to use around here. He was very sweet to her. They seemed very serene and happy to be with each other. They seemed right at home.
"Nobody noticed them. They were like anybody else who comes in. They had a very nice way about them."
