The entire family are notoriously close knit, with matriarch Kris Jenner acting as manager for her daughters.
Kim also took to twitter to ridicule rumours of her mother's demise.
She wrote: "The awkward moment when "RIP Kris Jenner" is trending yet I'm the phone with her! LOL (sic)."
Kim, 31, is currently on vacation in Hawaii with her rapper boyfriend Kanye West and posted a picture of herself in a bathing suit on the micro blogging site, showing exactly what attracted him to her.
The twice-married socialite also revealed she is looking to the future with Kanye and sees them together in their 80s.
She told New York magazine: "When this whole life is done, and it's just the two of us sitting somewhere when we're 80, you want to have things to talk about that you have in common. I think that's something maybe I didn't value as highly as a quality I cared about in someone."
