Former "Friends" star David Schwimmer and his wife Zoe Buckman are officially first time parents.
Their daughter Cleo Buckman Schwimmer was born in New York on May 8, People magazine said. On Monday, Schwimmer posted a photo of himself and Buckman with Cleo on Twitter, saying "Hey everyone. Please welcome my daughter, Cleo, to this crazy but wonderful world."
Schwimmer, 44, and the London-born Buckman, 25, began dating in 2007. The duo wed quietly last June.
Buckman is a photographer who has shot for British GQ and Marie Claire magazine. Schwimmer most recently directed the 2010 independent feature "Trust." He will reprise the role of Melman the Giraffe in the animated film "Madagascar 3," due out next year.
