Chen Weilun's new album out

Singer-songwriter Chen Weilun released his sixth studio album, entitled Think Miss Sorrow, on Thursday.

Based on poetry by Song Dynasty (960-1279) poets Li Qingzhao and Su Shi, Chen has composed eight tracks, combining a variety of music, including electronic.

The idea of the album came to him after he read a traditional poem on Chinese social media earlier this year.

The 37-year-old artist has also worked as a producer of indie music and made soundtracks for Chinese movies such as the AIDS-themed feature Love For Life and thriller Lethal Hostage.
