"Human nature is almost disappearing into its own product," Gormley said, adding that what's been seen are "black holes in human form".

After the statues were put up this November, many mistook those on rooftops as people about to jump off the building. It matched with Gormley's intention of drawing people's attention to suicide rates in mega cities such as Hong Kong.

The art project will last until May.
