In the age of "new and improved", Wang Ying sniffs out the tried and true with Bee & Flower Sandalwood Soap, a brand that has lasted through the ages.

For many people born during the 60s and 70s, when household products were scarce, using sandalwood soap is one of the rare little luxuries that perfume their memories.
Aside from cleansing the body, sandalwood soap, with a fragrance of sandalwood, jasmine and mandarin, can be placed in the wardrobe to repel bugs and mites, or used to wash undergarments, giving them a pleasant smell.
Although invented as early as 1928, the trademark of the popular Bee & Flower sandalwood soap didn't get registered until 1979. Shanghai Soap Co Ltd, producer of this legendary soap, was the earliest and largest professional soap enterprise in the Far East. For a long time, Bee & Flower sandalwood soap has been its star product, contributing half of the soap company's gross profit.
