A computer engineer maintains computers for the newly-built Liaoning Provincial Archives in Shenyang, capital of northeast China's Liaoning province, Apirl 25, 2014. The archives, which will be opened to the public at 8:30 a.m. on May 1, will provide free query service to citizens who are entitled to look through declassified documents dating back to Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911).
