From Disney stars to Hello Kitty and China's Monkey King, cartoon characters at home and abroad will come together in Shanghai for a grand carnival called the O'Town World Animation All-Star Tour. Visitors can play more than 50 animation-themed games in the fair's playground of 12,000 square meters.
