Modern Chinese artist Zhang Guangyu (1900-65) is one of the founders of modern decorative art in China. An exhibition has opened at Suzhou Museum, presenting about 130 of his works, including watercolor landscape paintings of water towns near Suzhou and Wuxi, and draft drawings for the animation movie Monkey King.
