Innovation in China: The Chengdu Triangle, Jilin Publsihing Group
It's a book that unveils the myth of China's urbanization and integration of rural and urban areas by world top futurist and Megatrends author John Naisbitt and wife Doris. Taking Chengdu, capital of southeastern China's Sichuan province, as a typical sample, the Naisbitts believes the balanced co-work of reform of property rights, equalization of public service, and grassroots democracy is the golden triangle that plays defining role in the integration. And they see "respect for individual rights" as the core through their years of grounded research there, assisting by a team of students.
