Zhang Xiaoqing, a rural migrant worker employed by Sunward Intelligent Equipment Group in Central China's Hunan province, has been an NPC deputy for four years. She takes the job of representing people's voice seriously. In the past four years, she has submitted 18 suggestions, covering many aspects of migrant workers, including housing, unemployment insurance and pension. This year, her motion is about training of industrial workers.
