SHENZHEN -- A woman was killed after she set a bus on fire in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen on Thursday.
She started the fire on a bus in Longhua District around 7 am Thursday.
The woman, surnamed Wang, boarded the bus carrying gasoline in her bag, police said.
The bus driver quickly evacuated six passengers and started to extinguish the flames. But Wang spread more gas on the fire, which quickly engulfed the bus and killed her, police said.
Wang had been in a troubled relationship, police said.
Further investigation is underway.
