Ge Jiawei is a sonar man on the Frigate Jingzhou. Ge is from Nantong, Jiangsu province. She studied bioengineering in the Nanjing University of Finance and Economics and was enrolled in the navy in 2015. She is the first female sonar man on the frigate and is determined to become the frigate's "extendable ears". [Photo/Mod.gov.cn] |
