BEIJING - A Chinese naval fighter crashed in Taizhou in East China's Zhejiang province on Wednesday evening, said Liang Yang, the navy spokesperson.
The aircraft went down around 7:30 pm during a night drill over a factory. The crew ejected and parachuted to safety, Liang said.
Part of the factory was damaged but no casualties have been reported, he said.
Naval headquarters and the Donghai Fleet are investigating.
