Beijing -- Since the Five Development Philosophies,namely innovation,coordination, green, open and sharing, were proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held at the end of October, 2015,in the past three months, President Xi has paid state visits to five countries in Africa and Asia, also attended and delivered important speeches at international conferences like Paris Conference on Climate Change and the Second World Internet Conference.

According to the incomplete statistics from the "Xi Dada+" Workshop, Xi has at least mentioned 4 times the Five Development Philosophies, namely innovation,coordination, green, open and sharing,in his speeches since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC on important occations like opening ceremony of the Paris Conference on Climate Change,opening ceremony of the Second World Internet Conference, opening ceremony of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and his New Year Message in 2016, and in the first three events, he interpreted the Five Development Philosophies.

By interpreting the meaning of Five Development Philosophies to China for various fields in different occations , Xi has not only shown the world that China has born its responsibilities and obligations as a big developing country, but also provided the Chinese way of thinking for many defferent aspects in global governance, contributing Chinese wisdom to the whole world.

President Xi delivered his speech on the opening ceremony of the AIIB on January 16,2016 and said that 2016 is the beginning year of the "13th five year plan", and China will, sticking to the development philosophies of innovation,coordination, green, open and sharing, enhance economic development momentum by accelerating the development of innovation, adapt and lead the new normal of the economic development by pushing forward the structural reforms on supply, and pay more attention on promoting high levels of two-way open by opening wider to the outside world. China has the confidence and ability to sustain the healthy development of Chinese economy, and to provide more opportunities and bring much more blessings to Asia and the world.
