China unveils new regulations on maps

BEIJING - China released new regulations on maps on Monday to boost innovation and development in geographic information science and technology.
The regulations were signed by Premier Li Keqiang and will go into effect from Jan. 1, 2016, according to a statement issued by the State Council, China's cabinet.
