Delusional man thinks he is invisible, robs hospital cashier

A delusional man in Jiangsu was shocked when he was caught red-handed after climbing over a cash desk and snatching 10,000 yuan ($1,569 dollars) from the drawer while waiting to see doctors at a local hospital.

The man confessed to police that he had committed the theft because he believed that he was invisible at the time.

Surveillance footage from inside the hospital shows the man scrambling over the cash desk with the startled cashier still very clearly on duty. The man quickly grabs a stack of bank notes and tries to flee the scene.

After the news spread online, Internet users found it amusing. "Thank god it was at a hospital, I could not imagine if he was at a place a like female bathroom," a woman ridiculed.
